This massage focuses on the muscles located below the surface of the top muscles. Pressure point and trigger point techniques are used along the meridian channels to promote the free movement of energy and flow of circulation. Suwanna will use her thumbs, elbows, forearms and knees in this massage treatment. The client will feel relaxed and stress free aided by the integration of the massage with breathing and stretching techniques similar to yoga.
