General Terms
The following is intended to explain and clarify the way we wish to deal with you and what we are requesting from you in return.
Everything herein applies equally to all people forming part of any group booking which we accept, as well as to everyone who considers using any of our services. If you are the primary contact for your group then you are also responsible to ensure all members of your group are informed and understand and accept all of our Terms.

PLEASE NOTE: Penalties in the form of reduced or cancelled deposit refunds can apply in some circumstances related to the amending or cancelling of bookings by you, as well as in the event of a late arrival or no show by you for your confirmed booking.

We do not like to be put in a situation where we need to consider applying a penalty to you and would much rather that you made contact well in advance of your booking if you are wanting to seek any changes so that all possible options can be considered.

Yes, we understand that life can be somewhat unpredictable at times and so we undertake to help to accommodate you as far as possible. Please read the terms relevant to your situation as below for the finer details of how we undertake to deal with you.
1. WEBSITE It's a condition of you accessing our website that you agree not to copy, damage, deface, hack or otherwise interfere with any part of the site, and to use the site only for the purposes for which it is provided, which is to provide you with information about our business and the services we offer and to allow you to make contact with us for the making of enquiries and to request massage bookings with us. You access and use our site at your own risk. While every effort is made by us and our technical people to keep the site current and performing properly, we do not and can not provide unconditional warranties that the site is without error or malfunction, and that it will always be available.
2. BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICY You may make bookings and booking requests with us by phone, email, text message, via social media, via our website or in person. You may regard your booking as confirmed only when we inform you specifically that the booking is confirmed. Sending us a message in any form does not constitute the firm making of a booking. We may ask you to pay a deposit or even the full price of your massage before the booking can be regarded as confirmed. If a deposit is required you will be informed. For your convenience we offer full EFTPOS facilities in addition to accepting cash payments. Any card surcharges by us that apply will be signed or otherwise declared prior to requesting your payment. Health fund rebates are available via HICAPS but only for remedial massages. The policies of all health funds dictate that all other massage styles are not eligible for any rebate. We reserve the right to apply small surcharges to our standard massage fees if we process a health fund rebate claim for you, and undertake to inform you of those charges before they are applied.
3. NON-MEDICAL & NON-SEXUAL Despite any formal training received or experience gained by our staff in massage techniques we make no claims of being medical practitioners and being able to heal anything other than minor medical conditions. What we do know is that the potential benefits of massage are widely published and we have seen and received feedback on the considerable help, relief and improvement we have been able to provide to the general health and wellbeing of our valued customers. Please note that all services are NON-SEXUAL and that we offer only genuine therapeutic massage services and techniques per the details and descriptions available on our website.
4. BOOKING AMENDMENTS & CANCELLATIONS We reserve the right to cancel or amend bookings at any time even after they have been confirmed, due to circumstances out of our direct control. If this happens we will contact you, or attempt to contact you, as soon as possible and by any available means, and we will then have no liability to you other than the refund of any deposits paid in advance. Please contact us if you need to amend or cancel your booking - this is most easily and most reliably done by sending your text message to 0411 183 841 with details of your existing booking. You may also use any other contact method listed on our website. Any request not involving a change to the total massage fee (such as for a date or time change) will normally be free but is subject to availability of our staff. If we can't accommodate you to your satisfaction and you consequently decide to cancel, the booking will be subject to our policy on cancellations. For notifications which do affect the total massage fee (including cancellations or a change to group numbers) the following will apply: - if more than 24 hours notice is provided, a flat $10 administration fee will apply to help cover EFTPOS and other direct costs, with any applicable remaining prepaid amount being available for refund - if 4-24 hours notice is provided, you will lose 50% of any prepaid fee relating to the change, with any applicable remaining prepaid amount being available for refund - if less than 4 hours advance notice is provided, you will lose all prepaid fees relating to the change and no refund at all will be available
5. LATE ARRIVALS & NO SHOWS Once we accept your booking, we allocate your masseuse and your time is exclusively reserved with that person for up to 10 mins after the booked starting time. If you arrive early or within this time window, your booking will be honoured at least until the booked finish time but the original full massage fee or balance thereof will be payable. If you don't contact us in advance and you arrive later than 10 mins after the booked starting time, the honouring of your booking is solely at our discretion which will be explained to you at the time. If its then simply not possible to accommodate you (most likely because your booking slot has been taken by another booking) it is likely you will forfeit any paid deposit. If you fail to show up for your booked massage and you fail to make contact with us at least 4 working hours in advance of the original booked starting time, you will badly affect the viability of our business and you will cause great inconvenience and stress to our staff. In this situation, you will forfeit 100% of any deposit or prepayment already made to us in respect of your booking and so no refunds will be made. The bottom line is that if you need to cancel or amend your booking, please act respectfully and fairly and make contact well in advance. We will always do our best to accommodate you in a fair manner.
6. COMPLAINTS & LIABILITY All complaints should initially be directed to us in writing, providing full details of the relevant massage session/s and the issues you wish to raise. We will take all complaints seriously and will aim to respond promptly and as soon as all details can be examined and confirmed. We may need to contact you seeking more information, and you will certainly be advised once we have made any relevant decision. Our liability to you at all times and in all circumstances is limited to the full or partial refund of any paid massage fees.
7. SAFETY The safety of customers, our staff and all other people who come to us, or intend to come to us, is our top priority. We reserve the right to refuse to not commence your massage session or to halt or cancel a massage session after it commences, if we have concerns over your manner, demeaner, appearance or condition, or your treatment (physical or verbal, actual or implied) of any staff or any person on or in proximity to our premises. Furthermore, in these situations you will be asked to leave our premises and the refunding of any deposit or prepayment of your massage fee will be totally at our discretion. By entering our premises you agree to act politely, calmly and fairly to all staff and other people on our premises at all times, and to accept and follow all reasonable and appropriate requests or directions we make of you. You are liable for the theft of and any damage to our premises (and everything located within our premises) that is attributed to you, and you agree by entering our premises to fully reimburse us or to cover the fair costs of rectifying all such loss or theft.
8. VIDEOS & PHOTOS We do not allow visitors to take photos or videos of our premises or of anything or any person inside of our premises. By entering our premises you acknowledge that you are aware that we operate video and/or photo recording services in the more public areas of our premises, which we keep on hand solely for security and law enforcement purposes. We do not use any recorded material for publicity or promotional purposes apart from that stated below. We state and undertake that we do not have photo or video services taking place in any of our massage cubicles. If we wish to take your photo, this will only be for use in promotional materials and your permission will be requested in advance and your response will be complied with without challenge.
9. PRIVACY We may request private information from you as part of our standard booking process or prior to commencing your massage. Apart from personally identifiable details such as name and contact details, it can be relevant that we ask about any significant or relevant health issues you may be experiencing. In some cases, we may not be able to accept your booking or to proceed with your massage if we believe our service may be harmful, not relevant or not appropriate for you. This situation will be openly discussed with you and some agreement reached over any applicable refund of fees already paid. We also undertake to keep all personal information private and secure, and to not release or expose such information to any other party except as you authorise or that we may be required by law to do so.
10. ANTI-DISCRIMINATION We honour all Australian laws relating to discrimination - including those relating to race, skin colour, gender, religious beliefs, nationality, disability, etc - you will not be discriminated against by us on such grounds. If a booking is being requested for any child less than 16 years old, or anyone with a severe disability, we will require their proper carer to also be present throughout the massage.
11. ACCEPTANCE In making your massage booking with us or in your attending our premises, you are acknowledging your understanding and acceptance of all of the above.
