- Thai Traditional Massage
Works your entire body and is one of the most invigorating types of massages, as the therapist rigorously manipulates your body, moving it into yoga-like stretches. The therapist uses various parts of her body—hands, knees, legs, and feet—to not only stretch you but also apply pressure on your muscles and loosen your joints. You might even get walked on! This type of massage is both energizing and, at times, relaxing.

Thai style foot massage takes its origins from China, and focuses on stimulating the reflex points on the feet that correspond to the internal organs of the body. It also soothes tired and aching feet, often stifled in shoes and socks all day, which support us through everyday life, as hectic as this can be.
