Cancellation Policy

BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICY<br><br> Your online booking is confirmed once you receive your confirmation message or email from us. Currently, you pay for your booking in person in our salon at the time of your massage - for your convenience we offer full EFPOS facilities in addition to accepting cash payments. Healthfund rebates are available via HICAPS but only for remedial massages. The policies of all health funds dictate that all other massage styles are not eligible for any rebate. Please contact us if you need to amend or cancel your online booking - this is most easily done by sending your text message to 0411 183 841 with full details of your existing booking. We ask for at least 4 hours advance notice and will always do whatever we can to accommodate you. Once we accept your booking, we allocate your masseuse and your time is exclusively reserved with that person for up to 10 mins after the booked starting time. If you arrive early or within this time window, your booking will be honoured at least until the booked finish time but the original full massage fee will be payable. If you don't contact us in advance and you arrive later than 10 mins after the booked starting time, the honouring of your booking is solely at our discretion which will be explained to you at the time. If you fail to show up for your booked massage and you fail to make contact with us at least 4 working hours in advance of the original booked starting time, you badly affect the viability of our business and you cause great inconvenience and stress to our staff. We accept customer bookings without demanding any payment, which is clearly a matter of trust between both parties, so please act respectfully and fairly and make contact in advance if you need to cancel or amend your booking.
